Chainers is a ‘Play-to-Earn’ blockchain based crypto game where you collect plots, seeds, animals and automation tools to produce products. These products are either the result of planting seeds and harvesting them, or feeding your animals and collecting their produce (e.g. feeding your chickens and collecting their eggs).
If you have ever played games such as Farmville, Homesteads or Sunshine Island it is a very similar game to those, excecpt you can earn crypto.
At the time of writing, Chainers supports 3 main currencies (more are planned to be introduced). These are POL (Polygon, formerly Matic), BNB (Binance token), and CFB (Chainers internal currency used for upgrades and purchasing certain items from the store).

Above is a screenshot of my farm so far, as you can see there is quite a lot going on, but once you get the hang of it, Chainers is a really fun and relaxing way to earn some passive cryptocurrency for playing a type of game that many of us already do. Farming games are an extremely popular genre, so why not make some money whilst doing so?
Your farm consists of 4 main parts. We will cover these in more detail later but on a basic level these are:
Plots
Chainers - Plots
Plots are the basic building blocks of your farm, they are what you plant seeds into and then wait for them to grow. Plots come in different ‘rarities’ with each rarity bringing additional bonuses to the previous. These bonuses are increased rarity, more products and increased production (each rarity of plot increases the amount of produce you gain from each plant).
To increase a plot to the next rarity, you need 3 main components. Two copies of the same same rarity, some CFB (Chainers internal currency), and some ‘fertilizer’.
For example, in the above screenshot you can see I have 2 copies of the lowest rarity, and I can merge these into a ‘wood plot’ using 10 fertilizer, 2 of my wood plots and 25 CFB.
Seeds

Much like plots, seeds also come in different rarities. However there is no cost to upgrading seeds like there is with plots you just require 2 copies of the previous rarity to merge them into the next rarity up. This has slightly changed with the release of some newer seeds. Some of the newer higher yielding crops require 3 copies of the previous tier rather than two.
Chainers is incredibly generous when it comes to gaining seeds. There are daily, weekly, monthly and event challenges which are some easy, and fun ways to gain seeds and grow your collection.
Animals
Chainers - Animals
There are a number of animals you can collect in Chainers. From Chickens to Cows, Rabbits and Goats. You need to create feed for these animals (by harvesting seeds and then combining them into the correct food for whatever animals you own). They will then produce items for you (e.g. a Chicken will produce eggs that you can then sell).
Animals can be quite expensive obtain initially but are a great way to improve your farms earnings and are a perfect pairing with the ‘Farm Bot’ which is an automation tool we will cover in the next section. Whilst seeds can be used with the Farm Bot, it is much better to load the farm bot with animal feed rather than seeds.
Chainers Automation Tools
There are 2 different types of automation tools in Chainers. The first being what they call ‘Phytolamps’, these are specialised lamps you place infront of whatever plots you choose and they provide additional benefits to those plots.
Phytolamps can at most affect 2 plots if placed correctly. When placing a phytolamp it will show which plot(s) are affected and so you want to ensure that both plots you are placing the phytolamp infront of are highlighted.

Each phytolamp comes with its own set of additional bonuses. Currently the highest rarity of phytolamp is rare, which currently costs 29.75USDT (these can also be earned from events and much like seeds can also be merged into the next tier).
The rare phytolamp for example provides the following benefit to the plot(s) it is being used by:
Reduction of growth time: 15%
Chance to get higher rarity produce: 15%
Replacement of plot critical harvest multiplier: х2.35
There is also another automation tool, which is incredibly useful and is arguably the single best thing to purchase in Chainers. You can only purchase 1 farmbot which costs 29.99USDT but should you decide to purchase anything in Chainers, I would always argue that farmbot should be it.
Once you own farmbot, you can load it with either seeds or animal feed:
Chainers - Farmbot
As I mentioned earlier, I would highly recommend pairing your farm bot with animal feed and not seeds. This is mainly because of 2 reasons:
When using seeds farmbot will only plant the seed and then collect the produce. It will not then re-plant the seed for you.
Because you can make much more animal feed than seeds you own, you can add many more feed into your farm bot than seeds. I can love my farmbot for well over 24 hours and when I come back it will still have animal feed left and has been producing me products to sell the whole time.
Farm bot will however harvest seeds for you that you have planted. So if you plant seeds in all of your plots, once they harvest it will collect them for you so you dont have to.
Chainers Mini Games
Chainers also has 2 main mini games that you can complete for free daily (additional completions are available but do cost either USDT or CFB). These are:
Atom Caster
Atom Caster is an extremely simple game. It is essentially a slot-machine type game where you hit start and it will generate a random prize for you. Prizes can be just about anything and I have even gotten an animal worth 49.99 USDT for free via Atom Caster.

Chainers Dreams
This is a game where you run around a small map defeating enemies for points. To win Chainers you have to achieve at least 1000 points (which is very simple to do once you get the hang of it). If you do get at least 1000 points, when the game ends you will receive a prize.
I always aim to achieve atleast 10000 points to try and increase my chances of receiving a better prize. However, should you wish to you can stop at 1000 points and receive your prize.
Chainers Dreams - Prizes
Chainers Dreams prizes do rotate but the team always keeps the prize values as close to each other as they can. They are rotated to ensure you do not keep winning the same things over and over again giving you a chance to diversify your farm.

Chainers Helper is an incredible tool for figuring out how to maximise your farm output and therefore your earnings.

Chainers is a fun way of passively earning cryptocurrencies by managing your farm. It is still as active as ever and I'd argue one of the gold standard products in blockchain gaming.
